The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are studying current outdoor recreation activities along the Lower Snake River and what future recreational activities and facilities would be desired if the four Lower Snake River dams are breached and the reservoirs lowered. Please note that this recreation study WILL NOT make any final decisions about breaching the dams.
