On 9/9/94 Jefferson County Staff conducted a detailed site inspection based upon a triggering applicant an to - 3, .A install a septic system (Permit#SEP94-0329). During the processing and approval of the said application ', the wetland and shoreline were identified and addressed through the Jefferson County interim Critical Areas Ordinance. Based on the information obtained through the triggering septic permit application,the proposed dwelling.and existing septic system complies with the Jefferson County Interim Critical Areas Y Ordinance setback requirements(see CAR File#94-00085). 4.) During the site investigation conducted in 1994,Jefferson County Staff investigated the possibility that a wetland was located on the proposed parcel (PIN#701043003). After a detailed site inspection it was*AWL::: determined that the proposed development is located entirely outside of the designated wetland.and its W.,,,____ associated Fish and Wildlife Buffer. It was further noted that a curtain drain had been previously Installed. 5.)
