Plan Notes
I. Do not scale drawings. Refer architectural drawings for all
dimensions.
2. Typical roof framing consists of roofing per architectural drawings
over 1/2" CDX plywood, face grain perpendicular to supports over
2x12 at 24" o.c. Nail sheathing with ad at 6" o.c. edges, 12"o.c. field.
3. Provide HI hurricane tie each end of all roof trusses.
4. Provide AG, ACE, LPG or LCE column cap at all beam to column
connections.
5. Typical floor Framing consists of 3/4" TCG plywood, face grain
perpendicular to supports over 111/8" TJI/250 at 16" o.c. Nail
sheathing with 8d at 6" o.c. edges, 12" o.c. field. See plans for
additional joist requirements.
6. All headers and beams not otherwise specified shall be 48's.
Contractor may substitute a 6x6 For (2) 2x10's at his option.
1. Provide (1) bearing stud and (1) trimmer at each end of all headers
and (2) bearing studs at each end of all beams, unless noted
