Hey folks,
We’re sharing news of a six month rental available in Chimacum (at the original Finnriver location 3 miles south of the current Finnriver location. Stellar J Farm and Chimacum Valley
Grainery now operate from there) we have an 8x24 'container cabin' available for a 6 month rental (for up to 2 people) beginning March 1st until September 1st for $600 per month, utilities
mostly included. There’s a possibility of the lease being extended beyond six months.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
This is a quite farm "village" with families and farmworkers, and operates on wholesome, friendly goodwill; folks taking responsibility to care for their own spaces; respecting others'
privacy but also being willing to pitch in to help when needed.
The container does not come furnished but has a single bed loft space or room under that for a larger bed, a working kitchen, and a counter that looks out into the woodsy area. The
bathroom 'bathhouse' is located about 40 feet away and is shared by several other tenants who take turns with cleaning/chores. The bathhouse has a bath/shower, toilet and washer/dryer.
There is potential for shared gardening space.
There are multiple farm dogs that roam freely on the land fyi. No but no additional pets allowed.
All folks living out here must agree to drive very slowly through the neighborhood to keep peace.
