Approve Special Meeting Minutes of December 11, 2019 Member Funaro moved, Member Hoffman second. Motion carried. /(
Review Recording fee allocations and approve potential modifications for the Request for Proposal
The Jefferson County Administrator reviewed the fee allocations with the committee.
11:02:05 AM (00:57:36) The County Administrator reviewed the committee’s options on proceeding.
11:05:51 AM (01:01:22) Member Sandoval moved to amend the RFP with the edits. Member Funaro seconded the motion. The motion carried.
11:06:23 AM (01:01:54) Member Hoffman moved to amend the first page of the RFP Application to specify if they are requesting funds from Sustainable Revenues or One-time Revenues, and
the total amount of the request. Also further formatting edits may be made. Member Sandoval seconded the motion. The motion carried.
Preliminary Discussion re: SHB 1406 Funds The committee welcomes the new revenue source.
