3. Approve Special Meeting Minutes of December 11, 2019 Member Funaro moved, Member Hoffman
second. Motion carried.
4. Review Recording fee allocations and approve potential modifications for the Request for Proposal
The Jefferson County Administrator reviewed the fee allocations with the committee.
11:02:05 AM (00:57:36) The County Administrator reviewed the committee’s options on proceeding.
11:05:51 AM (01:01:22) Member Sandoval moved to amend the RFP with the edits. Member Funaro
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
11:06:23 AM (01:01:54) Member Hoffman moved to amend the first page of the RFP Application to specify
if they are requesting funds from Sustainable Revenues or One-time Revenues, and the total amount of
the request. Also further formatting edits may be made. Member Sandoval seconded the motion. The
motion carried.
5. Preliminary Discussion re: SHB 1406 Funds The committee welcomes the new revenue source.
