Reorganization of the Board Chair Greg Brotherton moved to nominate Commissioner Kate Dean as chair. Commissioner Heidi Eisenhour seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
Commissioner Dean will be the Chair for 2021.
Comments from the new Chair of the BOCC Chair Dean commented on women in the BOCC and various County topics.

AR highlighted proposed changes to the Personnel Administration Manual. Chief Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Philip Hunsucker provided more detailed information. MOTION HE moved to
approve RESOLUTION NO. 01-21 re: Updating the Jefferson County Personnel Administration Manual. GB seconded, unanimous.
DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL APPROVAL re: In the Matter of Adopting a Fifth Temporary County Policy Based on Emergency Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

HR Manager Rowlson stated the previous was set to expire 12/31, but employers can extend to March 31st. Also recommending to refill FFCRA employee covid bank hours. MOTION GB moved to
approve RESOLUTION NO. 02-21 re: Fifth Temporary County Policy Based on Emergency Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. HE seconded, unanimous.
