Legal Description of Road Permit
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Jefferson County Road No. 4
at the northeast end of the Portage Canal Bridge on Indian Island in
Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridi n, in Jefferson
County, Washington, which point has Washington Lambert Grid, north Zone
coordinates of North 382,364.40 and East 1,536,104.87; thence S27°12'03"E,
80.00 feet; thence N62°47'57"E, 61.97; thence 52.14 feet along the arc of-
a curve to the right, whose radius point bears S27°12'03"E, 492.96 feet;
thence N21°08'27"W, 20.00 feet; thence 619.67 feet along the arc of a curve
to the right, whose radius point bears S21°08'27"E, 512.96 feet; thence
S41°55'33"E, 157.80 feet; thence N48°04'27"E, 30.00 feet to the southeasterly
easement line of Jefferson County Road No. 4; thence N41°55'33"W, 302.25
feet along said easement line; thence 212.83 feet along the arc of a curve to
the left, whose radius point bears S48°04'27"W, 1401.61 feet; thence
N50°37'33"W, 263.52 feet; thence S3°38'27"E, 123.02 feet; thence 272.61 feet
along the arc of a curve to the left, whose radius point bears S3°38'27"E,
662.96 feet; thence S62°47'57"W, 61.97 feet; thence S27°12'03"E, 90.00 feet
to the point of beginning.

Legal Description of Road Easement
A strip of land 60.00 feet in width having 30.00 feet on each side of a
centerline described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Jefferson County Road No. 4 on
Indian Island in Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 1 East, Willamette
Meridian, in Jefferson County, Washington, which point has Washington
Lambert Grid, North Zone coordinates of North 382,265.97 and East
1,538,848.18, said point being henceforth called Point A; thence
S 41 55'33" E, 594.56 feet; thence 312.47 feet along the arc of a curve
to tte right, whose radius paint bears S 48"04127" W, 1,387.24 feet; thence
S 29 01112" E, 699.05; thence 199.8 feet along the arc of a curve to the
lefty whose radius point bears N 60 58'48" E, 563.81 feet; thence
S 49 19'56" E, 980.85 feet; thence 348.42 along the arc of a curve to the
left, whose radius point bears N 40 40'04" E, 571.83 feet; thence
S 8414'35" E, 1007.20 feet; thence 866.36 feet along the arc of a curve to
the Sight, whose radius point bears S 05045135" W, 581.60 feet; thence
S 01 06'19" W, 202.92 feet; thence 336.82 feet along the arc of a curve to
the eft, whose radius point bears S 88 53'41" E, 573.27 feet; thence
S 32 32'19" E, 890.60 feet; thence 336.?80 feet along the arc of a curve to
the eft, whose radius point bears N 57 27'41" E, 567.19 feet; thence
S 66 30101" E, 1,954.63 feet; thence 214.22 feet along the arc of a curve
to the left, whose radius point bears N 2302959" E, 551.74 feet; thence
S88°44'46"E, 252.01 feet to a point on the east line of the west 660 feet of
Government Lot 3, Section 8, Township 29 North Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian,
which point has Washington Coulbert Grid, North Zone coordinates of North
377,020.23 and East 1543,545.02 and the terminus of the described centerline.
ALSO, beginning at the aforementioned Point A; thence N41°5533"W, 144.45
feet; thence 217.38 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, where radius
point bears S48°04'27"W, 1431.61 feet; thence N50°37'33"W, 1380.80 feet to
the line of extreme low tide in Portage Canal, the terminus of the herein
described centerline.

The County of Jefferson . State of Washington;: a municipal
corporation, grantor, acting by and through its Commissioners , for and
in consideration of iblutual Benefits and in accordance with Chapter 233
Section 1 of the Session Laws of 1990 of the State of Washington, does by
these presents remise, release, convey and quit claim unto said State of
Washington its successors and assigns all interest, rights and title that said
County of Tefferson , State of Washington, has acquired by s,vaiver,
deed, easement, agreement, dedication, prescription or otherwise, in and
to the rights of way now occupied, used, or acquired for the use of the
following described public highways, roads, streets, alleys or public places
in the County of Jefferson , State of Washington, to-wit:
