Hi all, Mark and Heidi suggested we send along a draft letter that would come from you all to be included in the Connectivity Summit Program/Leader Insert. Attached is what we came up with. Thanks all! It is coming up soon on March 7th-9th at the Chimacum School District. As we are getting the program locked down we wanted to share with you all what opportunities we have imagined for your involvement if you so choose. Let us know if you have something else in mind. Leader Insert Program Letter by 2/10 -We are creating a Leader insert that will both advertise the Summit and serve as the event program. We would love to have one of you offer a 2-3 paragraph call to the Community to participate. We would be happy to provide a draft letter if that would be helpful. Attend Youth Symposium - 3/7 - 10am & 12pm - Kicking off the Summit will be the Youth Voice Symposium and Youth Opportunity Fair with all Jefferson County High School students. We welcome you to come and listen to the young voices of our community. Opening Ceremonies - 3/8 - 10:30am - Join us to kick-off the Saturday tabling fair this is an opportunity for one of y'all to speak briefly (2-3 minutes) welcoming participants. Tabling Fair 3/8 10am-1pm Many County agencies will have a presence during the Fair. We encourage you to spend some time with each of your agencies to support and elevate their presence at the event. Ignite Talks - 3/8 - 1pm-2pm - Saturday afternoon of the Summit will be plenary and breakout sessions. One of y'all could speak briefly (2-3 minutes) welcoming participants to the plenary. During this session we are hosting 7-8 five minute Ignite talks <https://www.ignitetalks.io/about> during this program. We have offered the County to determine 4 of them. Planning and Public Health have proposed a few. The Timber Collective will likely be one. Amanda Christopherson suggested you all might want to speak on legislative priorities? Other subjects are welcome. Please let us know by this Friday if this is of interest as we are setting the program on Monday. Sunday Plenary 3/9 1pm-2pm , we would love to have one of you share a few words about the County's work on Climate Resilience as the prompt for a series of breakout sessions. Thank you all again! Please let us know if you have any thoughts or questions about any of this. Thanks, Zach and Danny
