Emergency Meeting (per RCW 42.30.070)
November 20, 2009
In the absence of Commissioner Phil Johnson, Chairman David Sullivan called the
Emergency meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. Commissioner John Austin was present for the folloVving action.
Declaration of Emergency: Due to Heavy Rains: Commissioner Austin move to approve
RESOLUTION NO. 64-09 declaring an emergency due to heavy rains on November 16 through 20,2009.
Chairman David Sullivan seconded the motion and called for a vote on the motion. The motion carried.
