The County of Jefferson, State of Washington,. a municipal
corporation, grantor, acting by and through its Commis~oners ,for and
in consideration of Mutual Benefits and in accordance with Chapter 233
Section 1 of .the Session Laws of 1990 of the State of Washington, does by
these presents remise, release, convey and quit claim unto said State of
Washington its successors and assigns all interest, rights and title that said
County of Tefferson ,State of Washington, has acquired by waiver,
deed, easement, agreement, dedication, prescription or otherwise, in and
to the rights of way now occupied, used, or acquired for the use of the
following described public highways, roads, streets, alleys or public places
in the County of Iefferson ,State of Washington, to-wit:

On this 7th day of February 1994 before me personally appeared
Robert Hinton, Glen Huntingord and Richard Woit
each one to me known to be one of the duly elected, qualified and acting County
Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, that executed the
within and foregoing in rument and acknowledged said instrument to be the
free and voluntary act and deed of said County, for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned, and each on oath stated that he (sl~~j was authorized to
execute said instrument.

All that portion of sections 1,2,3, and 12 of Township 29 North,
Range 1 West, W.M. and of sections 4,5,6,7,and 8 of Township 29
North, Range 1 East, W.M. and of sections 20, 29, and 32 of Township
30 North, Range 1 East, W.M. Jefferson County, Washington, lying
within Ness's Corner Road and Flagler Road as same extend Easterly
from the junction of the Chimacum-Beaver Valley Road to the
boundary of Fort Flagler State Park.
