Emergency Meeting (per RCW 42.30.070)

In the absence of Commissioner John Austin, Chairman David Sullivan called the
Emergency meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Commissioner Phil Johnson was present for the following action.
Declaration of Emergency: Due to Heavy Rains: Commissioner Johnson moved to approve
RESOLUTION NO. 4-10 declaring an emergency due to heavy rains on throughout the month of January
2010. Chairman Sullivan seconded the motion and called for a vote on the motion. The motion carried.
