What happens when you are sick? Use toilet more often, everyone forced to use one toilet share germs, if we are sick you spread to the rest of the community by not following general
guidelines for good health practices. To be clear occupants not responsible for maintaining or at fault when breakdown happens, you (Bayside, dept of health )could fix the other toilet
ease the amount of use on the ADA toilet and limit spread of germs.
