Both toilets out in women's bathroom. When Gary Keister came to fix ADA toilet on 12th he did not fix the other non-functional toilet, I spoke with him he knew it was non-functional
and he made a decision not to fix it. Both toilets are out. These are Federal housing violations. The beds are paid for they must include toilets,sinks, showers. The women should
be in hotel because Bayside could have prevented this from happening by fixing both toilets. The staff are saying they are happy to have the money from federal government for the beds
but they think it is unreasonable for the federal government to require that occupants have access to toilets. Non- delivery of paid for services is perfectly ok with them.
