The application was reviewed by Jefferson County Permit Center staff on 11/03/00 for the potential presence of critical areas regulated under the provisions of the Ordinance, and the following critical areas were confirmed as potentially present on the subject property: Stormwater, Osprey Habitat, and Plat Conditions. 2.) Acting upon the above information, Jefferson County staff conducted a site inspection of the subject property on 11/22/00 and confirmed the existence of the following critical areas and/or their associated buffers on the property: Stormwater, and Plat Conditions. 3.) A Geotechnical Report has been prepared that includes Woodridge Village, Division I, and is recorded under Jefferson Copunty Auditor's File Nos. 392350 &397182. The Geotechnical report contains information and recommendations relating to site work, construction activities and related matters associated with soils and slope stability. All construction and clearing activities on any lot within Woodridge Village, Division I, shall either(1) comply with the recommendations set forth in the geotechnical report; or (2) comply with the recommendations of an alternative report approved by the Department of Public Works. In the event that an alternative report is desired, then prior to commencement of any land disturbing or construction activities on any lot, and prior to the issuance of a building permit. This waiver from the provisions of the Jefferson County Interim Critical Areas Ordinance is granted subject to the following conditions. Any deviation from these conditions shall result in this waiver being revoked and the application becoming subject to further review. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1.)
