SUBJECT: ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENT (1) re: Peninsula Housing
Authority; Pat Teal
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Peninsula Housing Authority (PHA) had one position expire on January 24, 2025. Staff advertised for
the position with a deadline of February 18, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
ANALYSIS:
Staff confirmed there were no applications received by the deadline. The one Peninsula member with an
expired term sent an email to the Chair stating their interest to continue to serve on the board.
RECOMMENDATION
Peninsula Housing Authority members and County staff recommend that the Board approve the following:
• Pat Teal—Five (5) Year Term expiring January 24, 2030.
