here at 209a Monroe st shelter. It's an infection virus in the lungs that causes difficulty breathing. Shelter occupants coughing all night long can't rest. Other symptoms are daily
fevers, lungs filling with fluid. At least 50 percent of occupants over 60 we should be in hotel. This is the same as last year. No policies, practices have changed, the disposition
of the basement is a contributing factor. I have CAP from the shelter. Many occupants have it. Again please no Gaslighting just be the solution instead of the problem.
