living. Make sure shelters have no windows or access to outside fresh air, make sure fans recirculate infected air to ensure high rates of transmission.
What shelters do when folks are sick with COVID, sars,RSV, pneumonia, Flu etc .; deny access to federally funded services like showers and toilets for months.
When contractors agencies questioned they Gaslight homeless. Make them take rapid covid test that have high rates of false negatives.
National Institute of Health; COVID 19 prevalent infection control measures at Homeless shelters by J. Levesque etc.,; recommended prevention measures not followed, transmission rates
above 67 percent due to overcrowding and vulnerable populations lower immunity lead to poor outcomes in high transmission.

Provider Contractors; does not matter how much money you give us, we will crowd consumers in like cattle and snort the rest of the money up our administrative nostrils, leaving no money
for maintenance of things like toilets or showers when they malfunction; that's just the way it is if you question us we will Gaslight consumers.
Dept of Commerce; that's perfectly ok with us we don't care about qualifications of providers anyway. Like fly by night charities very little of the money is actually spent on providing
