Infectious diseases are the cause of death in over 45 percent of homeless, followed by heart attack; over 17 percent. Drugs are not the epidemic stop lying to voters, exploitation of
homeless. The shelter housing industry is a 22 billion dollar industry with a 7 percent growth rate for " non-profit" investors who have no incentive whatsoever to permanent supportive
housing where there is marginal profit. Who are the people going to bribe indeed Greg Brotherton? Of course counties and cities will snort the money up their nostrils through very
profitable drug treatment programs whose consumers you will put back on the streets because there is no housing. The shelter housing industry itself is the largest cause of death to
homeless through their policies and practices that transmit infectious diseases.
