Michael brings over 8 years of experience in the print and mail industry, all with Metro Presort. He began his career as a front desk receptionist and quickly advanced to the Customer
Service team, earning certification as a Mailpiece Design Analyst. Recently promoted to Account Manager, Michael also serves as a Board Member for the Greater Portland Postal Consumer
Council, where he was elected treasurer. Over his 8 years at Metro Presort, Michael has helped customers setup successful programs to send out their invoices, statements, voter cards,
tax notices, and more.
