Good morning Commissioners and staff,
Have you seen Mr Tiersch’s tax assessment for the PFD? I think we can sum it up in one of Monte’s slides from Monday (see attached pic).
Also, could you please attach Monte's slideshows to the agendas? I am trying to use his presentations to inform the public and take the sting out of the TBD. Using his data is about
the most compelling and informative tool I can imagine. His slideshow was attached to the 12/16/24 agenda for discussion about the TBD, but not to the 2/24/25 agenda and there were
some real whoppers in there. I am glad I was in the room for the presentation but the pics I took are lousy in comparison to screenshots of the original. Whatever you are paying him,
he deserves more. That dude oozes competence and skill.
OK, these images should be made into a meme which describes the pool situation. Too bad we don't have someone with AI skills who can make that happen.
