Good morning Commissioners and staff,
I’d assume the residents on the west end are not served by Jefferson PUD, so they have not received the survey. Diane also said no responses to the JAC survey have been received from
the west end.
I have to wonder if any effort has been made to ask them for their thoughts, or is this one of those taxation without representation type scenarios.
