Thank you Josh for getting back to me.
I am sure I have been cynical for years, so it would be unfair for me to blame the County for my jaded perspective. To be fair the writing of the 2009 SMP also took many years, way longer
than it reasonably should have, so it was illogical to believe that the update would be different. As soon as the edited draft is available I would appreciate a copy or a link.
