Do to the nature of known Sex Offenders, Felons with stalking harassment charges and now neighbors complaining about chaos at the American Legion, the E Board will be immediately be
considering the future of the Shelters presence at our location, MOU violations and our next steps and actions to consider.

It has come to our attention that a resident of the shelter is a Sex Offender out of Port Angeles who had a warrant, also that a recent Bayside shelter monitor hire just came off probation
for stalking/harassment.
We would like to discuss these issues as at least the sex offender is a violation of the MOU. The stalker is probably a poor choice hire..
