when dates are firm.

Gardiner: Night construction to shift US 101 traffic onto new bridge along Discovery Bay
GARDINER – Travelers will see four nights of road work on US 101 east of Gardiner.
8 p.m. Monday to Thursday, March 10-13, to 5 a.m. each following day:
* Travelers can expect one-way alternating traffic at the work zone located at milepost 277.9.
* Crews will pave areas next to the current two-lane bypass road.
By Tuesday, March 11, travelers heading east on US 101 will drive over the new bridge crossing Contractors Creek. People heading west to Gardiner will remain on the bypass road while
workers finish paving. Crews will shift westbound traffic over the new bridge by Friday morning, March 14.
All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
This is one of three locations along US 101 between Gardiner and Sequim where crews are working to remove barriers to fish. The construction is a part of an effort to replace six existing
