help to get pulled from Rules and brought to the House Floor for action. The way we understand it, there aren't any political concerns with the bill, but some late efforts by other
stakeholders to get language introduced have slowed down it's progress.
There is a new striker that is ready to go and includes feedback by all the stakeholders. The intent of this bill is, among other things, to require a reprocurement process for managed
care organizations that provide various behavioral health services in your counties, beginning 1/1/2026.
However, time is running out and we need to get this bill pulled as soon as possible.
