Thanks for keeping us informed. After seeing your message, I reached out to Jefferson Transit for an update. They were already well aware of an issue that sounds like the one you’re
describing here. Of course, they can’t and didn’t share details about this particular person’s situation - but they were able to tell me that
they completed a full incident report at the time of the accident

Re injured consumer has several times tried to get social services to set up for dial a ride. Has not been done.

please call Julia Cochran and get consumer a ground floor hotel. From the looks of injury and age of consumer I'm sure there are going to be X-rays. See if Julia can get consumer (
who Julia Cochran knows) into harborside hotel for a few days, 103 is the room for people with disabilities. This consumer doesn't have a drug back ground hasn't been to jail, is not
a violent person. This is an older economically disadvantaged person waiting for subsidized housing. Cheers Maggie
