It has been suggested that an organized review of the event would be warranted to determine what went well, what didn't and how to improve the next Connectivity Summit, should the County and the TPA team up again. ANALYSIS: Danny Milholland and Zach Moser with TPA will take part in the workshop and help guide the discussion. FISCAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION: Conduct the workshop. /A//,.#1",-e- D 75' Mark McCau , County Administrator Da e .03 N MARCH 7, 89 9 SFIING° IUMMIT &2025 CHIMACUM HIGH SCHOOL Follow-Up Feedback Collection TPA Survey Meeting with partners to hear direct feedback Press Coverage After-event coverage in the Leader Collective Impact Mural Disseminate collective impact mural responses Follow-up Media in the works Compiling Photographs Ignite Talks on Youtube Sunday Plenary on Youtube Event Highlight Video with interviews Youth Voice Video "We have heard you" Acknowledgement Project for Local Youth It was promised to Mark Harris of Port Townsend High School that there would be follow-up with area youth about how their voice has been heard and if any changes would occur as a result of their participation in the event. We are still working on this but would love it if the county was willing to make a statement to this effect. Project ideas from youth that seem manageable in the short term include 1) the organizing of a Student Discount for High School Youth Campaign to acknowledge older youth's value to our community and 2) making improvements to the Uptown Community Center. I grew up in Port Townsend but have felt out of touch with what the youth's interests are and what support they need. I walked away with a better understanding." • Please offer a suggestion you have to improve next year's Summit. o "I would make the tabling time a little longer on Saturday, I didn't have adequate time to circulate around the whole room. " o "More room at the tables and space between the tables!" o "The big tabling space was loud and pretty overwhelming. If there's a way to break it into smaller sections that would help mitigate somewhat. Maybe grouping orgs loosely by function/sector'?"
