Who is really happy in our society as it is right now?
If you don’t trust billionaires…
You can trust the guy coming out of the wilderness.
This is about the schema of control entirely. Especially considering the uncertainty and chaos of our political climate.
It’s about saying, we have the grace right here as local government to build our very world with massive community efforts.
But we have to ask. Is everyone so broken, selfish, and subservient that no one will do a thing about it? We are government. It is not our job to bow to government limiting government.
Local government is its own branch. Our direct duty is to the people. We are what accelerates stable progress for them because we have the duty to press harder upwards for our constituents.
We are what has to peacefully make higher powers aware of the damage laws are doing to our ability to garner public trust. Even if it risks biting our public image.
If one person comes with plans that completely shatter and bypasses the rule… because they are such advancements in green technology, which meets humanitarian mandates... turns problems
into funding?
And you turn the local US citizen author who needs a career away?
Ideas from out of nowhere that create entirely ground breaking government paradigms here in Port Townsend? From the guy who actually sits down to talk with the homeless? Who has faced
the real test of a life with no safety net.
Maybe you should ask if the city team is strong enough for my ideas?
These are stabs that we can try from our position to affect the whole world.
But no I have to pay my dues. No I’m a loose cannon. No we don’t give experience to people who need the experience. No we don’t put gurus at their level.
But no… we won’t just hire you now.
That’s why we will rot. Not just as a town, but as a nation.
Pay your dues before saving us. Do not challenge us. We don’t want anyone with big ideas. We just want someone who will do the work. Shut up we control you and we say no to people that
are different from us in government? We slow things down artificially in the face of an emergency.
The only qualification I need to work is a cultural value to serve.
What culture do we pass on in our modern city? How do we integrate?
…
Really.
Now what government culture do we choose to put into place? It’s a question you can answer directly.
A culture to serve constituents by changing the rules to best serve their lives.
How do we squeeze out every nook and cranny out of the emergency powers granted to us as a municipality to maximize conscious expansion and benefit?
How do we collaborate and let other branches of power know we are designing a run away engine?
That’s my stance.
You can even say to invent a new position called the Wrathbone. Or the council can hire a second city manager at the same wage.
The council has to make a decision on me. I have 185 data points in the petition to indicate there is a murmur. I’m unemployed and doing everything I can to drive positive change. You
have an emergency vacancy for a long term planner. I have published long term plans for Port Townsend
John if you don’t see the reason in supporting my efforts in at least a compromise then we have a serious problem of ethics in Government.
Every piece of rational evidence demonstrates that the regulated process needs room for exceptions.
And this kind of power structure change is the longest range plan there is.
And I’ve laid out the thing which matters most in my plans… which are our legal advantage pathways.
Of course David isn’t even doing the work to validate if the AI legal claims in the Land Boat Plan are valid or not. He hasn’t mentioned a thing!
So what is going on here?
You understand I’m a top notch policy mind?
That evasion or silence on this matter feasibly demonstrates an intentional capitulation of power in disservice to our public, which thanks to my petition, shows you are going against
an uncontested community data metric?
Do you also understand we have massive potential here for historic preservation grants? Institutes? Creating landmark projects that add to history?
