For specific information regarding the stormwater minimum requirements refer to UDC section 6.7. Generally, the minimum requirements and thresholds for developing specific plans are as follows: • Small Parcel Erosion and Sediment Control Plan—Generally, this is required for all development that: (1)creates or adds less than 5,000 square feet of impervious area; (2)the construction of individual detached single-family residences,accessory dwelling units, or duplexes creating or adding more than 3,000 sq/ft but less than 5,000 sq/ft of impervious surface; and (3) land-disturbing activities of 10,000 sq/ft or more but less than one acre. • Large Parcel Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (prepared by a licensed engineer) — Generally, this is required for all development that includes: (1) the creation or addition of 5,000 or more sq/ft of impervious surface; and (2) land disturbing activities of one acre or more. If this is required you should contact a licensed engineer. • Permanent Stormwater Quality Control Plan —Generally, this is required for all development that: (1)creates or adds less than 5,000 sq/ft of impervious surface that covers more than 50% of the site; and (2)the creation or addition of 5,000 or more sq/ft of impervious surface and land disturbing activities of less than one acre. • Stormwater Site Plan — Generally, this is required for all development that includes: (1) the preparation of a Large Parcel Erosion and Sediment Control Plan; and (2) redevelopment of 5,000 or more sq/ft of impervious surface; and (3) when the specific conditions contained in UDC section 6.7.5(b)apply.
