To interested parties, DCD appreciates all the great work that the PC completed on thiscomplicated issue.
This e-mail is to keep you informed on the BOCC deliberations.
Attached is the information for DCD presentation at today’s 2:00 p.m. BOCC continued
deliberation on the modifications of the short-term regulations.
Feel free to forward this to other interested parties.
The 1st attachment is the DCD presentation utilizing the comparison chart of the existing
UDC regulations, Planning Commission recommendations, and DCD version of the short-term rental regulations.
The DCD presentation will be entered into the record at the today’s BOCC continued
deliberations.
The 2nd attachment is the existing regulations from the UDC that will be utilized at the
beginning of the comparison chart.
After the existing UDC regulations, the chart will then go through the PC recommendations
(3rd attachment).
Then the DCD staff version (4th attachment) will be at the end of the comparison chart.
