Motion to approve the January 22, 2025 Budget Meeting Minutes by Greg, 2nd by Andy, motion passes
Expenditure Reports by Auditor Brenda Huntingford, documents can be found in Laserfiche
Revenue Reports by Treasurer Stacie Prada, documents can be found in Laserfiche
Additional agenda item – Electronic only notice of deposit will begin with April 5 payday. ESS QR code access on
intranet – last name and employee number required; initial password is last 4 of social security.
Request for additional topics for future meetings – Stacie suggested sharing threats/projections to revenue; Veronica
suggested covering what can and can’t be done with specific funds, interfund loans vs fund transfers.
Motion to adjourn by Andy, 2nd by Mark, motion passes.
