My name is Scott France and I am writing an article about the Caswell Brown Village for The Jefferson County Beacon.
Would any of you be available for a brief chat about the Village, and implications for homeless people in the county if funding does not materialize to build the community build shelters.
We're hoping to get this story into our next publication, so while not expected given such short notice, if either of you have a few moments today to talk that would be most appreciated.
