Greetings All County Preparedness partners!
It is my great pleasure to announce that after 13 successful years of the "All County Picnic" will combine traditions with "Field Day - The Summer Kickoff" for the 1st ever "All County
Preparedness Day" at Finnriver on June 28th from 9AM - 4PM! Learn more at: PreparednessDay.org <http://PreparednessDay.org> .
Today, we are inviting our many Emergency and Resilience partners (YOU) to join us for this momentous, educational and impactful gathering. The day is designed with two distinct parts.
Part 1 from 9AM - 12:30PM a deep dive on emergency preparedness with workshops, skill building activities and our highly anticipated Emergency Simulation. And Part 2 from 12PM - 4PM
with community partners, EJFR obstacle course, neighborhood networking, more skill building and memory making activities such as Tug of War, Walnut Sac Races, Strawberry Eating Contest
and more! Full schedule TBA.
As one of our valued partners in community resilience, YOU ARE INVITED to host a table in our community tabling area under "The Big Tent". As a participant you will be provided with
a 6' or 8' table. You will be responsible for bringing your own chairs and materials to share. If you would like to bring an educational or interactive activity that requires a larger
footprint please let us know your vision and we let you know if we can accommodate.
The cost is $50 for non-profit and government agencies to participate and is free if your organization serves as an Emergency Response partner. If you are a business owner, you are welcome
to participate as an event sponsor. Details in the link below.
