Approval of the March 19, 2025 Minutes - moved McCauley, seconded Hunsucker
Expenditure Reports - Brenda
o General Fund – targeting 20.83% at 22.45%, discussion of items over target
o Other Funds – targeting 20.83% at 12.53%, discussion of items over target
Revenue Reports - Stacie
o General Fund – at 18% past two years, at 21.9% for 2025
o Other Funds – at 17.3%, Tri-Area sewer is ~30% of this revenue
o General Fund Cash Balance with GF Reserve - $7,028,206 with $4,536,77 reserve
o Sales Tax – at $2,109,527 or 28.4% of annual budget
▪ $571,791 General and Optional and Special Purpose Sales Tax for the month.
▪ Highest March ever. YTD is 35% more than 2024.
▪ Record revenue, mostly due to construction – sewer project + others
o REET - $108,419 for month which is $2.1% over bydget.
o Lodging Tax - $40,226 – tracking with budget, 2.4% over budget for month, 19% up from ‘24
