Plan for daytime roadwork on SR 104 near Beaver Valley Road April 28-29
BEAVER VALLEY – Daytime travelers who use State Route 104 between Center Road and State Route 19/Beaver Valley Road will want to plan extra travel time.
Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will make repairs to the driving surface.
During the work, crews will alternate traffic west of the SR 19/Beaver Valley Road roundabout.
Work hours:
* 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, April 28
* 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 29
What to expect:
* Unscheduled stops of up to 15 minutes.
Whenever near work zones, please:
* Slow down – drive the posted speeds for worker and traveler safety.
* Be kind – workers are out there helping to keep people safe and improve the roadways.
* Pay attention – both to workers directing travelers and surrounding traffic.
* Stay calm – expect delays, leave early or take alternate routes if possible; no meeting or appointment is worth risking someone’s life.
