Approve Recommendation to Remove Member from the Jefferson County Developmental Disabilities Advisory
Board; Kahcya Cunningham
ANALYSIS:
An e-mail was received from Donna Marvin, Secretary of Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board requesting
Kaheya Cunningham be removed as a member from the Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board because her
last attendance was June of 2009. She has since moved to Sequim and did not leave any forwarding contact
information.

DO Advisory Board - Kaheya Cunningham
Kaheya Cunningham has been a member of the Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board. She
moved to Sequim a few months ago but expressed interest to continue as a board member,
however, she has not been attending meetings (her last attendance was June, 2009). She did not
leave us any forwarding contact information so we are unable to reach her. I am requesting that
she be removed from the board roster.
