Statement of Issue:
Publicly open and read bids submitted in accordance with the advertised 'Call for Bids'
for the project referenced above. Submitted bids will be opened and publicly read at
10: 15 a. m. or shortly thereafter.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's:
This project is item number two on the 2010-2015 Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program and is included in the 2010 Annual Construction program.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
The Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) will fund 50% of project costs to match
local funds.
Recommendation:
Direct Public Works staff to publicly open and read the bids submitted for this project.
