Subject: Not allowed to charge money to access and use bathrooms.
To explain some terminology: A place of public accommodation is a place designated as public property that is managed according to public standards of non-discrimination and inclusion.
To charge $4 to access a publicly accessible bathroom is criminal and illegal under federal law. And also is really really stupid to block out of town tourists from using the bathroom
easily; and who is going to forget being charged $4 to access what should be actually free under federal laws regarding accessibility. Bathroom door opens so you can use it-legal: bathroom
door locked so it is unusable-illegal and really stupid. And so far the only commissioner who pretends to care about this ongong criminal extortion by the Port is Pam Petranek. Not
even county commissioner democrat Greg Brotherton who said " I would never go against another public official (not even hitler)"; this even though they are illegally and criminally
extorting the people for the use of the bathrooms that the public has paid to build and use 4 times over.
The nazis here in Port Townsend locked down the shower bathrooms that the Port of Port Townsend operates. Some incoherent babbling about vandalism that proved to be the usual massive
lies (think they paid someone to wipe s$%t on the wall- no damage-I do). So I tell the guy that I used the showers and he says "Did you buy a pass??!" "No sir, I'm sorry but that bathroom
is a place of public accommodation under federal law and should also be disabled accessible as well-no charge, no passcode btwn 6am and 9pm minimum but actually they should be open
for EASY PUBLIC USE 24/7 (wheelchair on the sidewalk accessible) as legally required. They explode! Far out; degenerate yuppie brains everywhere!! So it really was all about the money
AND NOTHING ELSE. And we are taxed in this county for port operations. So I paid to build the bathroom, I paid to take a shower in the bathroom, and now I must pay $4 to access the
bathroom; all very illegal but this is how it was during the Great Depression too. So I do a little more research: Ms. Hasse had said that the superrich yachties had been complaining
that the bathrooms were dirty. . . . Sure Ms. Hasse, like I trust YOU to tell the truth!! And it turns out that I find out that one of the two janitors, a man, didn't do any work to
keep the bathrooms clean as it turns out. And since the idiot nazis locked it down, they'll say it's cleaner, but they would be lying AGAIN ABOUT THAT TOO. It's the Port Townsend and
the American way!! Say even more lies to buttress your illegal position. And remember they would not leave them open at all because they couldn't extort $4 from people if they did.

PS And now think about this. What happens when the power goes out? Does the bathroom door open up? Hell no it doesn't. . . . So the traitor criminals spend around a quarter million
dollars to lock down bathrooms when it was COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY AND ILLEGAL!! THERE IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH AMERICA STARING YOU IN THE FACE AGAIN!!
