OWL360 is a non-profit organization founded in 2021 dedicated to supporting young people of Jefferson County. We meet young people where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate
the challenges they face in today’s world like - housing, mental health, education, careers, and community.
We are here to support, uplift, and celebrate young people while also providing real-world-readiness skills.
At OWL360 we create a culture of acceptance and provide opportunities for young people to soar.

Tucked in Uptown Port Townsend, The Nest is a welcoming, all-ages space where community connections grow — and young people find a sense of belonging.
As Jefferson County’s only nonprofit coffee shop, 100% of proceeds fuel programs that help young people thrive — from affordable housing and leadership opportunities to career pathways,
mental health support, and more.
Whether you're here for great coffee, fast Wi-Fi, a sunny patio seat, or a private room to recharge, The Nest is your local hub for good vibes and even better community.
It’s also a space for creativity: join us for 1st Friday Spoken Open, an all-ages night of music, poetry, and connection.

Youth & Young Adult Advisory Council
OWL360 centers the voices of young people and collaborates with them to inform the direction of the organization. From naming the organization to planning events, YYAAC is at the core
of all we do.
YYAAC is an exciting leadership opportunity for young people to express their ideas, address issues that matter to them, and get the tools they need to make a difference.

HOUSING
In 2024 alone, OWL360 provided over 4,000 bed nights to 21 youth and their families.
More than just a room, our affordable housing program has four locations and includes case care making it a launchpad to sustainable independence.
Residents receive life-skills training, support to navigate barriers, and a built-in community of care.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
We recognize the value of lived experience and prioritize wellness. The team includes a licensed mental health professional, certified peer allies and resource navigators. Because mental
health support should feel accessible and compassionate.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Earn to Learn & Level Up support young adults (ages 17–24) to explore career paths and prepare for their next step. Graduates earn a stipend upon completion of the program.
EDUCATION
Clemente Course
Free, college-level humanities classes for youth who want to stretch their mind and gain college credit.
Open Doors Education
For students who’ve stepped away from traditional school, this program offers customized academic plans, career mentorship, and a fresh path forward.
