Please remember to NOT use "reply all" on FAC messages -- doing so can be an OPMA violation because such email conversations can be considered to be "meetings", as defined by the Act.
The only exceptions to that rule that I'm aware of are
* when suggesting items to be placed on a meeting agenda (not a discussion of such items, just whether or not to include them on an agenda)
* scheduling of one or more meetings
