Commissioners and Tom,
I did not intend that a fireworks ban should be incremental. That is the furthest thing from my position.
What I intended to convey is that the public's compliance and understanding will be incremental.
I strongly recommend we immediately implement a full ban of all backyard recreational pyrotechnics. We should be a professional only county.
