Please be advised that your Taxpayer's Petition has been scheduled for a hearing.

Hearing Participation:
On your petition you selected that you did not wish to appear for the hearing. Therefore, your petition has been set to be heard on the Administrative Hearing date. During the Administrative
Hearing, the Board will review your petition and any timely additional information provided, as well as the Assessor's response to the appeal.
Submitting Additional Evidence:
Keep in mind that you can submit additional documentary evidence (comparable sales, appraisals, contractor estimates, etc.) to support your petition. All evidence must be emailed, postmarked,
or received in person by both the Clerk of the Board and the Assessor no later than twenty-one (21) business days before the hearing. Washington statute requires that you also provide
a separate copy to the Assessor. If your appeal involves residential property and you need help finding comparable sales the Assessor’s website may provide additional information.
Please be advised that the Assessor is, by law, presumed to be correct and that you must prove that the assessed value is incorrect per RCW 84.40.0301.
