Ok a local at and t expert showed me how to fix my phone so here is what the at and t expert said " old buildings are vulnerable because they have old technology " there is evidence
of electronic chicanery from both inside and outside the shelter. I know other people were hit with hacks before I was because they came to tell me, and I advised them not to do
government or personal banking or buying online and if they thought necessary to notify their bank. Then I got a suspicious e-mail it turned out to be a scam because I checked that
it was coming from a place that I had not e-mailed. It was someone or a group that is hacking into people's e-mail seeing what they are e-mailing about then structuring phishing e-
mail based on subjects they are likely to respond to. When I realized this was happening I went online to report it to the appropriate places that they tell you to do, and that is
when my phone was attacked and battery drained quickly while in the shelter. It's clear whoever on the inside or outside had access to 209a Monroe Street shelter Internet address
could be so many people, domestic likely coming from the government side , because gov also knows the internet address that is the thing, I am a target anyway because of my advocacy.
With Trump in office, or with unhappy local city/ county, these things have previously been found in other situations to come from inside or outside so I am just going to shrug my
shoulders because my brother is coming up to bring a new phone where we will discuss this and put up greater security barriers. I always figured the government would be the unacknowledged
surveillance people which I just accept because of what I do , but whoever sent the phishing e-mail had gone through my e-mails had fine command of the English language, and DIDN'T
