UPDATE: The SR 104 Shine Road/Paradise Bay Road intersection will now shift into a roundabout configuration on Friday, May 9. This new information is reflected in the travel advisory
below.

New SR 104 roundabout opens soon at Shine Road/Paradise Bay Road
PORT LUDLOW – At 6 a.m. Friday, May 9, travelers will begin using a new roundabout at the interstate of State Route 104 and Shine Road/Paradise Bay Road.
Opening the new roundabout is weather dependent and could be rescheduled.

this project. Work will continue on this project into the summer. Crews have additional tasks to complete such as work on the concrete islands and traffic meter installation.
