Plan for daytime road work on US 101 between Blyn and Sequim May 12-15
BLYN – Daytime travelers who use US 101 between Blyn and Sequim will want to plan extra travel time.
Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will continue pavement repairs along the roadway.
Work times:
* Monday, May 12 through Thursday, May 15
* 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day
What to expect:
* Occasional stops up to 15 minutes in each direction.
Whenever near work zones, please:
* Slow down – drive the posted speeds for worker and traveler safety.
* Be kind – workers are out there helping to keep people safe and improve the roadways.
* Pay attention – both to workers directing travelers and surrounding traffic.
* Stay calm – expect delays, leave early or take alternate routes if possible; no meeting or appointment is worth risking someone’s life.
