I sent an email yesterday Friday communicating at the request of consumer attacked by T.B. staff member who promised dog would not come into building after dog attack and promise was
not upheld she was confronted with dog several times. Last night two hours after that e-mail he brought the dog in, knowing it's aggressive, it ran loose in the dining room twice,
I witnessed this as I was there for dinner. T.B. was not anywhere to be found someone had to go find him as he tangled with another dog and crawled under table of attacked victim
who says they were scared and sat very still.
Staff member seems very self destructive combined with indifference to others. This morning Saturday Nordburg ,Jefferson County Chaplain came in with 2 volunteers to serve pancakes,
there was a photo op with the staff, no one spoke or offered compassion to consumer victimized by staff member and dog and consumer wants you to know consumer is feeling lack of compassion
indifference on part of Jefferson County and Bayside. Consumer expressed lack of accountability on the part of Bayside/Jefferson County is an unfortunate omission given consumer gave
T.B. a chance to be accountable, as he promised he would not bring his dog who attacked them into building. I was asked to convey this.
