Acquisition Port Townsend Yacht Club for Urban Rest

County for 375,000 dollars to be held in trust exclusively as
Urban Rest Stop, with solar panel installation creating revenue
to pay for building insurance and hot water/lights. Port of Port
Townsend Shoreline Land Lease 350.00 dollars a month, or
4200.00 a year for up to 50 years a total of 200,000. This is a
Fire Sale, a Black Friday before Christmas Sale that Jefferson
County and Contractor Provider Services cannot afford to pass
up in comparison with having to build a new ADA compliant
building for a 365/day center to serve essential life needs would
cost millions.
Showers, toilets, Mom's laundry, medical triage by Jefferson
Health Care.
Day storage for bikes and back packs. Mail drop that will serve
the Marine Trades Association Community as well as
transitional/liveaboard boats.
Commercial Kitchen, multi-purpose room, permitted for 85
