In 1986 PTYC members purchased a partial building (SeaJ's?) on land leased from the Port of Port Townsend.
On Washington Street. Club members made donations to make it the building it is today. It the building is owned by the Port Townsend Yacht Club.
Exterior painting, flagpole interior doors, cabinets, flooring carpet ceiling tiles window blinds and a VENTILATION SYSTEM.
Additional reroofing, floor insulation refrigerator range cook ovens 86 padded chairs.
Upgraded for fire codes
IN 2010 PTYC CONFIRMED OWNERSHIP OF CLUBHOUSE WITH CONTINUOUS LAND LEASE WITH PORT OF PORT TOWNSEND.
Jefferson County can buy the building from the Port Townsend Yacht Club and continue the lease. The PTYC owns the building they can sell it to the county. According to their website
