SUBJECT: ADVISORY COUNCIL RESIGNATION (1) re: Clean Water District
Advisory Council; District 3 representative, Richard Hull
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On February 15, 2025, Richard Hull, of the Clean Water District Advisory Council, District 3, resigned from
his position effective after the council meeting on May 8, 2025. His term will expire on February 12, 2028.
Michael Dawson, chair of the Clean Water District Advisory Council, will advertise for this open position.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Clean Water District Advisory Council representative, for District 3, resignation and sign the
thank you letter for board service.
